There was a girl named Dasha.

First year of medical school, 2010
She grew up in a small provincial town in Russia... Actually, let’s skip ahead.
By 16, she knew three things:
she wanted to write | she hated music theory | she was fascinated by medicine
Naturally, she tried a bit of everything: music school, creative writing, and medical school. The route wasn’t exactly straight, but the things she kept coming back to—stories, people, and making complicated ideas make sense—eventually became her work.
The route wasn’t exactly straight.
2014
PR and Communications Manager · Millennium Concert Hall
Started my career by helping to build the brand from scratch and managing concerts, communication channels, events, and press—and realized I was quite good at orchestrating complex projects. Especially when more than 3,000 artists were involved.
2017–2019
International Program Manager · The Jewish Agency for Israel
Moved to Moscow. Managed two international educational programs, admissions, budgets, and visas, while also dealing with students’ parents. Stress is my middle name, and flawless logistics execution is my second middle name.
2019–2022
PR Coordinator · JDC
Woke up thinking, “I want to do PR for a nonprofit.” Found stories inside complex programs and shaped them for donors, partners, communities, and international audiences. Shot international missions while wearing a mask—because when was life ever simple?
2023–Present
Client Relations Manager → Marketing Associate · Kenes Tours
After physically moving to Israel, I professionally moved too: first into managing international missions for high-end clients, and later into supporting content, social media campaigns, newsletter production, website content, and client-facing materials in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.
